Lucknow: The Lucknow Branch of the Central India Regional Council (CIRC) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) organized a grand CA Final Achievers Felicitation Ceremony at ICAI Bhawan, Lucknow, to honour the students who successfully qualified as Chartered Accountants in the CA Final Examination held in May 2026.
The event celebrated the remarkable achievement of the newly qualified Chartered Accountants and witnessed enthusiastic participation from successful candidates, their family members, senior members of the profession, past chairmen, and members of the Managing Committee of the Lucknow Branch.
The Chartered Accountancy qualification continues to be one of the most prestigious and challenging professional qualifications in the country. At the national level, 7,931 candidates qualified as Chartered Accountants following the declaration of the CA Final Examination results. The pass percentage for candidates appearing in both groups stood at 14.07%.
The Lucknow Examination Centre also recorded a commendable performance. A total of 624 candidates appeared in the examination, and 43 candidates successfully qualified as Chartered Accountants, earning membership of one of the most respected professional bodies in the country.
During the felicitation ceremony, the newly qualified Chartered Accountants were honoured for their dedication, perseverance, and commitment towards achieving success in one of the most rigorous professional examinations.
Special recognition was accorded to the top performers from the Lucknow Centre:
🏆 CA Rahul Chaurasia secured the First Position in Lucknow with an impressive score of 369 marks.
🥈 CA Shruti Goel secured the Second Position with 350 marks.
🥉 CA Arshad Khan secured the Third Position with 345 marks.
🏅 CA Yashashva Agrawal secured the Fourth Position with 337 marks.

🏅 CA Harsh Agarwal secured the Fifth Position with 333 marks.
The achievers were felicitated with mementoes and certificates in recognition of their outstanding academic accomplishment and determination.
Addressing the gathering, the office bearers of the Lucknow Branch congratulated the newly qualified Chartered Accountants and emphasized that obtaining the CA qualification marks not the end of a journey but the beginning of a lifelong commitment to professional excellence, ethical conduct, continuous learning, and service to society.
They highlighted the pivotal role played by Chartered Accountants in strengthening the nation’s economy through financial reporting, taxation, auditing, corporate governance, risk management, entrepreneurship, and public financial management.
